make up #2

heyy !! another make up blog...dont really have much to say except that im not looking forward to this project or exams. i hope i get a better understanding on the upcoming project because right now i am completely lost. thats sooo bad !! but i wish we didnt have exams i wish we just left school like we use to in 1st-5th grade lol. welp school tmrw, and i gotta hlp make dinner with my mom so ill see u guys tmrw in 6th period "/ yay !!! not.... bye !

well im pretty excited for my birthday coming up this thursday ! ill be 16 yay... im throwing a huge sweet 16, so honestly i dont feel like being in school. lol im looking forward to seeing the movie me and orson welles should be pretty good. i forgot that when i get back tommorrow i have to finish a test for geometry "/ darn !! school is really getting old man. . .and i think its alil early to say i have senior-itis <-- if thts how u spell it ?! well i gotta go im going to finish my other make up blogs. i gotta get it together and stop slacking !

may 15th

heyy class !! i had the most awesome time with my big sister delena. we went shopping, out to eat and then to the best party ! :)  how was your weekend?! im so not ready to go back to school, but this week should be a fun one !! im looking forward to lunch on the lawn omgee. . .lol but im off to church see you guys in english when we read Orson Welles :) ! that book really isnt that bad . . . see u guys later !

hey guys !! its been a very busy weekend . . . i have a birthday coming up May 26th :) !! i am so excited. . .im gonna have a hug sweet 16 and this week ill be passing out my invites !! hope this week goes by fast im looking forward to peace week and summer !! :) who isnt though right?! lol well i think were starting that new book this week i hopeits gud or i will do really bad on this grading session. reading has never been my thing. but i am about to eat dinner so ill see you guys tmrw 6th period !! byeeee :)

spring break

spring break was GREAT !! i left to Alanta thursday with my mom and we did soo many things. . .we went to the World of coca cola and the aquarium. The goergia aquarium is one of the largest aquarium in the U.S. i seen whales and different animals i never seen before. it was great. i also went to the old school hip-hop concert and i seen Salt and Pepa. it was so cool !! :] i went shopping of course. i got like four pairs of shoes and lots of clothes, shopping is always the topper on vacations. i came back sunday to horrible weather of 50 to 60 degree's. :[ it sucked. . . how were your guys break?! look forward to reading about them :]

excited and looking forward to not having to make any blogs for a couple weeks, not to excited about the reading though. Hopefully my book keeps me interested : / . Anywho this weekend me and my girls are hanging out with any guys ! just having a girly weekend !! :] tonight were going to a party and then coming back to my house and just gonna eat and talk,gossip and giggle lol. Saturday we plan on going to the mall and shop until we drop. . . well until we run out of money lol ! Then going to get all "dolled" up and go to dinner. i love my girls :] !!! friendship is really important to me as u see, idk what i would do without them lol. Well there on there way soo im gonna go now, make sure everything is clean and ill see you guys monday !! BLOGGER.COM ??? ill see u in a couple weeks !!

[ Once upon a Time ] MY CRAZY STORY !!

Once upon a time there were two completely different princesses named Candy and Sweets. They lived in a land called Sweetslexylend; it was an old town and very old fashion. The two princesses had always bumped heads and were nothing alike. Candy was the thicker, older one, she had short hair she was shorter and she always had great energy. Sweets on the other hand were way thinner and had long repunzal brown hair, tall and very snobbish sometimes. Candy is to become queen in a couple weeks, but she has to find a husband but if she doesn’t in time Sweets will take the crown.  But because Candy is thicker than the normal traditional girls in her town many want Sweets to become queen. This makes it ten times harder for her to find a husband.

Candy felt she had to prove a point and she only had a week until March 5^th to find a husband. She was use to being single and independent, but she wanted to be queen so she had no choice. Her average day was to throw on something and go into town, but now she spent half an hour on her hair and half an hour on her outfit. She was determined to win and prove that a girl with curves can also do her country right. Candy thought it was really weird that her town was against her, she felt attacked but it only made her stronger! Her motto was “What doesn’t break you can make you”.

March 3^rd, a day she was prepping herself for a downtown trip, new people came into town.  Turns out that they were a royal family from another city but they lost everything and they were looking for a new start. The son snicks saw the beautiful castle and walked in screaming hello and Candy yell back “Can I help you?” Snicks say, “Yes I was looking around and I was wondering if u had any jobs open.” Candy in a confused tone, no were fine here.” Snick’s turns around and walks and says thanks anyway. Candy gets a huge grin on her face and screams, “WAIT!!  I have an idea, you can marry me”, she smiles as she giggles.  Snicks turns and is very confused. “I need to marry someone so I can become queen like I am suppose to so my sister wont ruin things.” He looks at her like she’s crazy. “Just listen I have a plan, we get married so I can become a queen and I will pay you, and in a couple months we can get a huge divorce.” As long as Candy is married for longer than a month, getting a divorce it won’t affect her being queen. Snick replies slowly, “fine it’s a deal.”

As they walk around downtown they are sharing basic information and they have quite a few things in common. Before we know it its March 5^th, people are standing along the perimeter of the castle to hear the announcement. Candy walks out holding Snicks hand and the mother of Candy and Sweets steps out and says, “My daughter Candy Marie Thicks will be getting married to Snicks Bob Berlins on June 3^rd. The crowd slowly walks away and some are still there celebrating. Candy runs to her room and cries, Snicks chases after her and tells her; “don’t worry everything will work out”.

Time passes, Snicks and Candy are really beginning to fall for each other. It’s June 2^nd and they go to dinner to celebrate there soon to be. June 3^rd it’s the wedding day, many show up, Sweets stops her sister before she walks out and tells her she loves her and she is there for her and that she is really sorry. Candy hugs Sweets and walks down to Snicks and she’s already crying, they say their vowels and the leave to a far far far far away land for three days, and when she returns everyone is welcoming her and are showing her respect and they even threw a tea party in the town as a surprise to  her, Candy lived happily ever after with Snicks and her lovely town ‘til this day.

hey ! :]
So happy its a long weekend, less school time this week and more sleep. This is the best :] !! I wish all schools were out on the same days, so i could see my other friends from Columbus Schools. I cant wait 'til the summer, no school, no report cards, and no getting grounded for grades that arent the best. Especially in this class i use to be great in english but nooo. . . not this year, just dont understand because we dont do much. WHATEVER !!! So last we we had those short answer quiz that sucked because i didnt have long enough time to write as much as i could or finish ! 6th period is the shortest class of the day ! Well anyways ready to get the week over, wonder what this week will be about, hope we do more than just read in class, its soo boring it almost puts me to sleep everytime and i never sleep or get sleepy in class. Im having the best weekend so ill see you guys wednesday. bye !

heyy 6th period --
its blog time !! not much to share with u guys today, uhm i had an actual valentine date with my bf. :] We went to dinner around five, and exchanged gifts. Then we went to a movie at easton, we seen roommates, it wasnt very exciting or scary. But over all i had a good time !! today sunday im doing much went and got some ice cream and watching movies with my mom. Not really looking foward to school in the next 12 or whatever hours lol, i hope what we do this week in english is fun : / i personally HATE reading ! BUT . . .ill be soon to see! blog time !!

heyyy class !!
i feel like its been forever!! hows everyone?! im doing swell . . . i had a great laid back weekend . i tried new things ! i went to a chinese new years party with my mom. It was pretty fun, tried different foods and candies. I even made my friend come with me i think she enjoyed herself too. Then sunday of course i watched the super bowl, kinda ! i really jus ate alot of food, so saturday and sunday i ate food, food ! food ! Im interested in what were going to be doing in class i hope its fun, because lately i feel like its been dragging! Also its right after lunch so im sleepy, so mr potter u have to keep me awake !! I dont remember what we did last week so im looking forward to this one coming up ! see you guys then :].

blog 1-30-11

heyy class,, its blog time ! sorry i havnt been around its been a tough week! i had quite a long weekend,i found out that i am pron to seisures. everyone keeps asking where i was, i was in the hospital. i had a seisure friday ninght at a friends house and a seisure sunday morning i was in the hospital fro sunday to tuesday and they had my mom watch me for 48 hours. it was very much out of the nowhere. im very healthy and have never had anything wrong with me. but im glad to be back and i feel 100% fine. im looking forward to catching up in class and being on the same page as everyone else. see you guys on monday !

human rights !

the story Night John the main characters were slaves that lived down south on a plantation and they grow and picked cotten for there owner of them. The story  told from Sarny who is a lil girl. in the story sarny talks about  life on the plantation how the master won't let them pray or even touch money. she talks about the way they were treated by the owneres including the  mistress Margret and her sister Alaine. in the story a man is brought as another slave to work on the plantation and Sarny makes freinds with this man, the man goes by the name of John and Sarney describes him as a tall man with scares and bruses on his back and his armes.  
the story Mascot is about a civil rights leader malcom x. he had a rough life  and the disciminaton of him and  blacks. because of his color he was what was called a negro and he was discriminated aginst just for the color of his skin somethingthat was un fair and couldnt change. At a young age he started to become more involved with th civil rights movment as it only got worse and he got older he was one of the few african americans to step up  for discrimination of someone skin color.
The movie the great debaters was a movie about some of the strugals that were face during the time of the civil rights movement. the movie told the story of three young blacks teens Henry Lowe, Samantha Booke, and James Farmer Jr. these three teens were on a debating team for  college a all african american/ black college. the eventually were invited to debate aginst the harvard universety debating team and they won . the movie compared to the other two stories Nightjohn and Mascot have somethings in common. All stories are told by an afican american  during the times of  discrimination. in the story mascot  the events are closer together, during the civil rights movment. the stories are both talking about how to stop the discrimination, in mascot he becomes civil rights leader. the movie the great debaters the teens are becoming a undefeted team so that they can be the first to be up against a all white college.
